TokTech never sees your login, your keys or your money.
We wrote once to the business address published on your own website, and we send at most one reminder. Businesses marked “no advertising” are never contacted. If you reply “no”, we stop.
Reply 4 or “stop” to our email, choose “No thanks” on your personal page, or call or WhatsApp us. We delete your preview within 2 working days, and we never contact you again.

We do not advertise it and we ask search engines to ignore it. Every page says clearly that it is a preview by TokTech Studio and not your official website. Anyone who has the link can open it.

You own your domain, and it stays registered to you. We only point the website part of it to the new site, so your email keeps working. Once you have paid, the site is yours too.
All prices are without VAT. Your business handles VAT under the rules of your country. If you are unsure, your accountant can tell you in a minute.
We pass on the hosting bill exactly as we pay it, with no mark-up. We tell you the amount before we invoice anything.
